The Bayanihan project aims to empower migrant workers in navigating the new realities of workplace safety, immigration and access to resources. This will be done through workshops and forming a peer support group for clients to connect with workers, youth, women-led grassroots groups. By tackling the problem of social inclusion and resource navigation, this project will support newcomers, temporary residents, racialized workers and other vulnerable workers.
The BAYANIHAN Project is made possible through the support of the Canadian Red Cross COVID-19 Community Support Program.
