
Migrants Resource Centre Canada Presents: Mental Health and COVID-19 Workshop (Free Workshop)

As COVID-19 cases are increasing again while colder and darker days are approaching, mental health issues such as increased stress, fear, anxiety, and loneliness are heightened. In this workshop, participants can learn about the signs and symptoms of mental health issues.Participants will be informed on how to recognize the state of their own mental health to take action and seek support. The workshop will also provide information on coping strategies addressing individual needs and community support.
